hi

I have a table of data with 6 columns columns B, D and F are the choice of subject columns for info only these list the subject names.
In columns C E and G i want the user to be able to enter a Tick to select a subject from each column but only one

so once a tick is entered into one cell in column C it will lock the rest of that cells in range C4:C16 same again for column E and Column G

so we have 1 choice made for a subject then from columns B D and F and they cant put multiple selections in

Column B Column C Column D Column E Column F Column G
Choice 1 Tick Choice 2 Tick Choice 3 Tick
Geography PE x Food
History x Spanish BPE
French Drama iMedia x

there are more choice but i have done the above as an example can anyone help at all i think i need a change macro and have found some but nothing that i can get to work as they seem to be based on rows rather than columns

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
