Lock a cell based on another cell's value

[FONT=&quot]I am trying to lock a cell (A1) based on the value of another cell (A2) (ie if the other cell's value is above 0) to prevent users from entering data in that cell in A1 if A2>0[/FONT]

How do I do this ?
