Lots of spam on here these days isn't there! I don't remember there being this much before.

Is it worth reporting it or do admin just go through a couple of times a day and clean things up.

Yeah, we seemed to be hit with an influx this morning. Yes, please do report it. It helps us greatly in cleaning it up in a timely manner.

Our only request is please do NOT reply to the Spam post itself with something like "Reported". There is no harm if multiple people report the same thread (it just comes across to us as a single threads with multiple replies). We have functionality that allows us to delete all posts in a thread, and any more by that member in one fellow swoop. So if there are also replies in that particular thread by Board Regulars, if we are not careful, they could accidentally get banned also.

So we just ask that if you come across Spam, to simply Report it, but do NOT reply back to the Spam thread itself.

yes I see loads of spam here every day.
I guess that is the price of being popular! We are targeted by many Spammers.
