The problem with doing that is if I uncheck the "add this data to the data model" and just check the "only create connection" it gives me a warning "this query is currently connected to tables,pivot tables,charts,or calculations in your workbook. Removing it from the data model,or changing its loading destination will disconnect these objects from the query.Right-click it in the Queries and Connections task pane in Excel, and choose Load To... then Connection only.
ok so what do i do in this case should i just delete that query ? it seems useless I'm not using it in any reports I'm only using the last query with 7.7 mil rowsI didn’t say anything about the data model option.
No, just change the load to settings so it’s connection only rather than table.
