Live Total at Top of Worksheet?

Hello,
I have an accounting worksheet that already has over 1,000 rows, and will continue to gain many more. I was wondering if there is a way to set up cells in the locked row at the top that will always have an up-to-date total of various columns. Ideally, I would have a cell with the total of the credits column (however many rows it has at the time), a cell with the total of the debits column, and a cell with the balance (credits - debits). Is such a thing possible?

Set up your sum rows above your data set. Then change your data set to a table, as you add new records the locked row will update.

Are you looking for a formula like =SUM(A$2:A$65536)
