Is it possible to to have a live (constant current time) clock without using vba, in excel?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

Not without vba.
However, if the issue is that macros are disabled , you could place the workbook in a trusted location or have the vba code in an addin or even run the code from a small seperate vbs file.
