I have several ranges of cells(=$G$5:$G$18,$C$5:$C$50,$K$5:$K$30) that I have conditional formatting on. Tcells turn red if they have duplicate values. What I would like is for a list of the values to show up in a range of cells such as G24:G36

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Bamaisgreat,

have you looked at the following two articles in Excel Help (2007)-
1. Guidelines and examples for sorting and filtering data by colour
2. and, Sort all red cells to the top of a report.

Once you rank your duplicate cells on colour you should then be able to cut and paste. If you want to automate it, record a macro.

This worksheet will eventually have around 50 different ranges which will be hard to keep track off. Im wanting it where if there is a range of data and there is duplicate cell somewhere in the other ranges it will add to a list of other dupications
