Hi All,

I am trying to create a Best Performer Cell which would show the name of the best shop performer.
Mary, Sean and Leane all have 100% insurance but Mary only did 1 sale where as sean and leane did 10. but mary is listed as the best performer as her name is higher up the list.

to give some background to this: each person is targeted to achieve 35% insurance or higher so if someone gets 1 sale with insurance then they are 100% or 2 with 1 they are 50% and so on but what i want is the best performer to be the person with the highest percentage over 35% but also with the highest volume. so in the scenario this scenario the best performer would be sean and leane who have 10 with 10 insured and i want both names showing!!

please help

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
could you not do 2 ranking columns, 1 based on percentage, and one based on volume? Then add them together? Sean and Leane would score 2 in this instance, and Mary would score 7.
