List TOP 10 occurrences by Week/Month/YTD

Hi Team

I have been through the search of the forum, and have not been able to find what i am looking for.

I have a list of table_names (Assets) with a date stamp of when it was accessed. I wanted to list the TOP 10 tables accessed for each WEEKNUM.
So ultimately show on a dashboard (B11:B20) from the data source example of over 200K records what were the TOP 10 tables accessed based on the weeknum/Current Month/Previous Month & YTD indicated at the top of the row!

Would prefer to use formulas if possible.. Any ideas
