list of properties and methods after type . after the object name

I tried to google this but do not know the name of the list. When I type Workbooks(1) for example and then the dot, I will get a list of all methods etc. What this list called? How I can control it. I mean if it was not there, can I go to settings and enable it? Thank you very much.

It's called intellisense and can be enabled/disabled by selecting tools > Options > Autolist members.

It's called Intellisense. In the VBA editor, you can go to Tools > Options > Editor tab > and check/uncheck the "Auto List Members" box. Sometimes it doesn't seem to work even with the box checked, but that's usually due to the editor not recognizing the type of the object that you're on.
