as this will be a large project i thought i would ask you experts how best to do it so i do not have to do it twice!
measure twice - cut once sorta thing.

We wish to know what pictures we have on each date.

i.e. dec 20 2003 visited the santa barbara mission. or indeed any mission.
or had an operation or whatever.

so i can say when did we have an operation or when did we visit a mission, car museum or any museum etc. and get the date to see the images.

i wont need more rows than a spreadsheet so i assume LIST will do it but how do i set it up, how many fields per day etc. we might visit several things in a day

thanks for your help
