I have a few simple list boxes, one showing a list of vendors and the other showing a list of months. Every time I save and exit the workbook, the list boxes shrink from the bottom so when I reopen said workbook, some of the options inside the boxes are not visible. How can I get these list boxes to stop resizing?

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Use the forms listbox control rather than the ActiveX listbox. ActiveX controls on worksheets are notoriously buggy and you're better off not using then unless unavoidable

I tried form control but did not like the limited options for font, size, etc. Actually, I found that changing IntegralHeight to false precluded any resizing of the Active X listbox.
