Hi,
I've been having one hell of a time trying to decide where to put things on my reports. I have a list box which needs to change its contents and size on the fly as it draws data from a table via a query based on the contents of a text box on the report. That is working. But, it puts the list box twice on the first page. I have the list box in the report header and page header since it needs to change often. But it shows up twice on page one and I don't know how to get it to stop.

Likewise, I want a report to reset the page number every time the dept code changes. How do you reset the page number so it says Page 1 of 2 instead of Page 1 of Total number of pages in the report?

Help if you can, thanks.

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
