Links updating screwed up my spreadsheet!

I have a workbook with several data pages, one for each client and hundreds of lines of data for each. I created a summary page to automatically pull the data I need into a single sheet. I am using a lot of Countif and Countifs as I need to know the number of times Yes or No appears in a column. It has worked pretty well.
Today I got a message about updating my links. I clicked update, and now none of the links to the other sheets work. The formulas have not changed, and when I click on it, it highlights the right sheets, but returns no value. For example, On my summary page, I have a formula entered: =countifs('CompanyA'!$A:$A,Summary!$B3,'CompanyA'!D:D,Summary!$C3) Summary B3 = July, and there are 15 instances of July appearing on sheet 'CompanyA' column D:D. But it returns zero. Not sure why this is happening. Help? Everything was working fine until this external update happened.

Update links appear when you link formula with another workbook located at different location / same location. Try locating those sheet . If you still cant find then it wont work. otherwise you need to map formula located in same workbook only.

That’s the challenge. All the links I programmed in point to other sheets in the same workbook. Nothing outside the workbook. I simply have a summary page as my first worksheet and then about 30 worksheets after it that the summary page references.

If the data is appearing on other sheets and summary not working then just try to map just one formula and check whats happening

okay. When I delete one of the formulas, and then re-enter it on the summary page, still pulls nothing. No error either.

check if auto formula on is selected on workbook.

I figured it out. My assistant added a space after the month name. It was looking for the month name without a space.
