Hi all,

I’m working on a project on SharePoint (cloud) that will have 52 files with formulas that do a VLookup to an Excel workbook also on SharePoint.

I’m doing a trial/error but have few questions to be on the safe side before I share the project:

1) If I Vlookup to a table on an external workbook on cloud, will I at least have old values if I want to work offline or will they go blank until I connect to internet?

2) How do the links update work - is it only when I open the workbook or when I click refresh all?

3) is there a major difference in processing times when the linked workbook is online vs on local PC?

4) If 2 users do a VLookup to the same external file, would it work or only one person can VLookup to the file at a time?

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
