I have two spreadsheets being used as logs for activites. On each is a summary tab, shoing a table of activities under each category. Category A-F are listed on Spreadsheet A, Category G-J are on Spreadsheet B. I'm trying to link the two to allow the user to go into either spreadsheet and the table will show the activity from both spreadsheets.

Spreadsheet A will link with the other spreadsheet to obtain the numbers for Category G-J and vice versa. However when I open these spreadsheets they show the message "This workbook contains one or more links that cannot be updated.." when I click on "Edit Links" the message is "Error: Source not found". Ive tried updating the values several times.

I've looked at the forum to seek out a solution, however I cannot see one which does not involve VBA as I am unfamiliar with VBA and macros.

Does anyone know an easy solution? Or can you tell me why its happening and I can determine a possible work around.
