Linking Cells in Excel

I wish to link the information from a sheet in one workbook stored on sharepoint to another sheet in another workbook stored on sharepoint , I wish the whole cell contents to link including the colour and comments but using the paste special link function only the data links across. I have also tried the data connection method again it is only the data that is displayed and not the colour and comments. Is this a possibility or can only the data be linked Thanks in Advance
