Linking appointment schedule and reminder

Hello,

I have a daily appointment schedule that is going to be shared with 3-4 other people. We all work at the same company but at different locations. The schedule is for a truck washing station for our company trucks.

Essentially the different locations are going to send their trucks to one location to get washed.

When a location wants to schedule their wash they will open the excel file and then type their location under the day and the truck number under the Truck # column. This keeps different locations from all showing up a the wash station at one time.

Here is my problem. The trucks need washed every two weeks. So, i am trying to find a way to link the schedule to an appointment reminder of some sort.

For example, I enter Location XYZ Truck number 534 into the appointment for Monday. Once I enter the appointment in. I would like to have a seperate sheet for each location that will auto populate with the truck number and the last date that it was washed. This would be helpful in visualizing which trucks are coming due.

Can i even possibly do something like this?
