Linking a range of dated cells to specific dollar amounts from another sheet

Hello,

Hope all are well here! I've been gone for a bit, but now I'm back & doing things with Excel that I haven't done before. This particular issue can't seem to be found anywhere, so I'm calling on the pros here..

I have a sheet with the first column for date ranges and each cell (going down row by row) are 14 days apart. The columns to the right are "bill amounts" that need to be linked to the correct date due by falling in the cell that corresponds with the correct '14 day' cell. For example, I have a4=5/1/18,a5=5/15,a6=5/29/18 AND I have columns that are the "bill companies" and I have manually listed each amount in each cell that correctly corresponds to the day due. So, essentially, I'm trying to match the companies with amounts due from a different sheet. I have created a complete workbook with multiple sheets that are already fully functional, so I'm trying to basically automate the process from one sheet to another, like simply plugging in bill information in one sheet and it automatically populating another sheet with the problem I have explained. Do you guys know the basic idea of what I'm talking about?

When I enter an amount and day due in my 'Payable Accounts' tab, I want all the cells in the charted area to populate all the amounts in each "14 day cell" it matches with. Just trying to be as clear as I can guys...so sorry for the mess on the thread.
