Good day all,
I have not been figure it out, if it is even possible, but can you make a CMD button in Access, that can be used to relink a table, back to an excel file?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Your question is not clear - I have no idea what linking "back to an Excel file" means.
You can relink (refresh) table links via button code.
If you mean link as if you had gone to the ribbon chose External Data > New Data Source > File and chose an Excel sheet to import as a linked table? Then yes to that too.
If you mean execute a saved import specification, yes to that too.

Okay, let me see if I can explain this better.
I am trying to create a CMD button, to launch the Linked Table Manager, to allow the users to relink this table by changing the location of the data source, without them having to go into the Navigation Pane or to navigate thru the menu bar.
