Linked HTML Table in ACCESS

Hi,

I've linked a html table in access and the fields are all defined as text

I need to convert these the number formats

Problem is numbers show as follows

e.g

'1234.456#Javascript#:'

Is there anyway to covert though a query to number format leaving just the numbers , which are of a variable length?
