In my Cell C7 I have a linked formula:

=SUM('C:\Users\Owner\Documents\AAA-RNFC\2017\July\[GR POS MASTER REPORT.xls]Master SALES'!$C$95)

In Cell $D$1 I have the Text: JULY

How do I modify my C7 formula to replace my hard-coded "JULY" with only a Reference to Cell $D$1?

Thanks in Advance

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
I knew it had to do with the use of the INDIRECT() Function,,,
so I ended up trying (and it seems to work)...

=SUM'C:\Users\Owner\Documents\AAA-RNFC\2017\ & INDIRECT($D$1) & \[GR POS MASTER REPORT.xls]Master SALES'!$C$95)
