I have about 12 excel worksheets that are linked to my database. The column headings in my worksheets are: Manager (every manager has their own worksheet), Job Number, Vendor, PO Number and a couple of other field that i'm sure are not causing my problem... when I try and do an append query to a table that i have called "TEST" I am getting an error "Duplicate Output destination 'Manager'" is there a way that I can get around this?

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Please list all of the column headings in the excel file you are trying to import. I imagine you have manager listed twice. Note, if you have spaces in your column headings, access might be dropping everything after the space. Try replacing the spaces in your column headings with underscores "_".

Hope this helps,
