I have a database which I have splitted

I can now no longer make any changes to the table as they are linked
I have tried making a change to a feild in the back end file but this does not cascade through into the main database file

Any ideas where I am going wrong?

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
If you're changing up your tables, you'd probably have to change the table in the back-end, delete the link in the front-end and create a new link to that same table. Seems like it would automate this task for back-end changes, but I guess it doesn't.
