I am using link live data to Excel sheet. In particular row live rates updated every second. I want to use up down arrow icon while changes the price movement. For example: In Excel particular row value start with 10.05, if next value 10.06 comes it shows up arrow again 10.05 comes it shows down arrow. How to use formula for this function. Please help me.

You could track changes in adjacent columns or hidden columns and use the conditional format icon sets to show the appropriate arrow by comparing the current cell value to it's old value.
