Link to download HTML Maker not working

I'm clicking the link to download the HTML maker and it's coming up with a strange japanese webpage that says
404 Error - Not Found
 
What link are you using? :unsure:

I tried both the one at the bottom of the page and the one in the "recommended add-ins..." thread and both worked just fine.
