hi everyone,
i work with excel 2007 newest release and patches applied.
i have a strange behaviour on some links in an excel workbook mapping some other sheets on a network drive that is accessible and working very fine... just to exclude that somebody is telling me that maybe there is a network issue. well the behaviour is that every link shows the status "unknown" for every single sheet despite if in the options everything is configured to have the links being update automatically and not manually. even when i update the status manually and after that the status is been shown as "ok"... when i close the workbook and reopen it, all links are again in a status "unknown".
maybe i have to tell you also that before i made an update to windows 7 everything was working fine in windows vista and excel 2007 and the link status has always been shown as "ok". but since i did an upgrade to windows 7 i have this strange behaviour telling me everytime that all links are in status "unknown".
thanks a lot for your help.
regards,
patrick.
