Link or group cell together

Hello I have an excel where I want to link/group name in D1 and value/formula in Q1,R1,S1,T1, together were if name in D1 moves to cell D5 bc another name are added to D1- D4 than move Value/formula in Q1,R1,S1,T1 to Q5,R5,S5,T5 any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
