Link Issu and UNC path?

I copied a range of cells and pasted them into anew WB as links. This works fine on my pc but on my co-workers it does not.
Seems the drive is mapped as "X" rather than "Z". I can overcome this on a user by user basis but would prefer a bettter solution.
Suggestions?

Try using the full network path (starting \\) instead of a mapped drive name. You may need to type this in, as recording a macro will probably pick up your mapped drive.
