I want the above table to link to a payment voucher in word :-
I can link row 1(45) to one word document but what if if i wanted to process for the entire day, about 10 to 15 payment vouchers usually need to get prepared !!

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Thanks for the tip, i watched a youtube video on it, & learnt about mailmerge, its a menu in word !!
