link between two sheets

i have workbook which have many sheet and All data relay on sheets have summary on first sheet.
can i make button or other technique for moving between sheets
when i press button on first sheet and suddenly move on sheet no 7
and same technique use if i press button on sheet 7 suddenly move on first page

If you right click on the arrows it will give you a list of all the sheets to choose from if you don't want to move through the tabs and lose your place. Or just record a macro to switch sheets and save it to a button, change the code as you like (or input the values through a box).
