Link back in Signatures?

Hi,
I've just joined the forum and wanted to ask if it is considered acceptable to add a link to back to our website in the signature. I notice no one else seems to and didnt want to break any rules.

It's not against the rules per se (see here) as long as it doesn't appear that you are posting just to provide a link to your site.

Be warned that given you are a first time poster, the moderating team will likely ban your account first and ask questions about whether you are a 'genuine' spammer later. So best not to have any link in your sig until you have more than 10 posts on your account (and that's 10 Excel posts).
