Good morning.

I have been asked by my boss to link our calendars so we aren't entering double the data across two calendars.

We have an excel calendar used for job details and an outlook shared mailbox calendar used for team appointments and taskings etc.

So they want, if possible, to link the excel calendar to the shared mailbox calendar so if a job in input onto the excel sheet it will auto populate the Outlook shared mailbox.

Is this possible? And if it is, how do i go about linking them.

I found a page on how to link them by saving the spreadsheet as a CSV file and import/exporting that file in Outlook to the calendar location but that did not work and i could not select shared calendar either.

I have attached an image of the excel calendar to show its format.

Thanks in advance.
