Linear Interpolation in Excel

Hi to all,

I have one question regarding to linear interpolation in excel. I stuck ..

Also on internet found FORECAST FUNKTION.. and its seams to work except when I try to type maximum value from the list (x=4)

first picture show minimum value x=0.5 and get correct y-1.18

second picture show some random interpolate value x=1.4 and get y=0.178

and third picture show maximum value x=4, but excel back some that divide with zero isn't possible and i don't know how to fix this error

formula is :

=FORECAST.LINEAR($I$15,OFFSET($I$4:$I$11,MATCH($I$15,$H$4:$H$11,1)-1,0,2),OFFSET($H$4:$H$11,MATCH($I$15,$H$4:$H$11,1)-1,0,2))

so I am not sure why cant get when I type in x cell 4 back in y 0.11

Have u try to drop ".linear"
