Line on the Y Axis of my chart that I cannot remove

See chart below, because my x axis goes from a minimum of -1995 to a max over 10000 my y axis starts at 0 on the x axis.
I seem to have been able to make the y axis numbers go to the left of the chart but it's left a line roughly where the zero would be on the x axis.
I can't seem to find a way of getting rid of this line.
Any help would be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
There is an option to change the location of where the vertical axis crosses the horizontal axis:
