Line Feed from toolbar

Is there a toolbar ribbon method to put a linefeed within a cell? I have a user who wants multiple lines within the same cell. Unfortunately our users access Excel through Citrix, so the standard ALT-ENTER command is unavailable. ... it actually logs them out. Using Wrap text won't work either as the column has multiple entries, each with different lengths.

So, I'm hoping there is a toolbar method of performing the ALT-ENTER command and I just haven't found it. Does it exists?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
="Today is"&CHAR(10)&"Wednesday"

CHAR(10) is a line feed - if you need a carriage return too, that's CHAR(13)
