How do I create a line chart with two different sets of x and y axes ? i.e I have data set 1 with data on x1 and y1, and data set 2 with data on y1 and y2. Currently excel seems to ignore the distinct x axes ? thanks

kind regards
Kaps

Have you added the additional X axis to the chart?

Once you have assigned one (or more) series to the secondary Y axis, use the Axes dropdown on the Layout tab of Chart Tools to make sure the secondary X axis is displayed. Then you can if necessary adjust the data source to specify the X axis values for that series.
