Does anybody knows how to create a Line Chart with Conditional Formatting?

I want to format the line as red if it is off the target and green if it is better than the target.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Ok, it helped me a little bit..

But what I'm trying to do is set 2 targets and I want that the line becomes green if its above target 80%, yellow if it is between 40-80% and red if it is below 40%.

Is this possible?
