Line Chart Peercentage Errors

I have a spread sheet with percentages that I placed into a line chart; there are three separate categories (lines). However, the percentages in the cells do not match how they are plotted on the chart. It is almost line they are multiplied. I tried all the different line charts; when I use a stacked line chart, not the 100% stacked line chart, they are okay, but the vertical axis displays in decimals vice percentages. Help! (I can attach the document I am using if it helps)

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
The problem is the values appear as decimals rather than percentages?

With the axis selected, in the format pane (Ctrl+1, if it's not showing) click on the bar-chart icon. Go to the 'Number' section and change 'Category' to 'Percentage'.
