Hi,

I want to create a line chart where there are 4 dates on X-Axis these are 09/02/24, 16/02/24, 23/02/24 and 29/02/24.
The values associated to these dates are 4, 6, 9, 14 respectively (showing on Y-Axis).
In Excel s/s I have put the dates on a vertical column (range L41:L44) and the values on the column next to it (range M41:M44).

The line chart which is suggested shows all days from 09/02/24 to 29/02/24 and NOT just my four dates 09/02/24, 16/02/24, 23/02/24 and 29/02/24.

How can I have the X-Axis only showing 4 dates 09/02/24, 16/02/24, 23/02/24 and 29/02/24 and NOT days in between?

Thanks,
Nic

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
you can convert the date into a text string in a helper column:
Excel Formula:
=Text(L41:L44,"dd/mm/yyyy")

(In the image i'm using my local date formats, but I hope you see what I mean.)
