I have a database which I want 6 people to be able to use, but only 1 of them to be able to amend the data in the table/form. I want the other 5 to be able to open it, print reports and design queries.

How can I do this?

Cheers
Chris

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
Look at:

Tools-Security-User and Group Accounts & Permissions

You can micromanage access down as far as allowing a specific login to only open a single item (table/query/etc)
