I have an Access win2k db that uses ODBC to retreive data from Lotus Notes. Lotus notes holds thousands of records. I only need a couple of hundred of them.

Is it possible to only pull records for which I have the ID field in a table?

The ID field table is maintained manually using an Access form.

Thanks,...

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Is the ODBC data retrieved into a table, is the ID field in there?

Yes,

The ID is in the Lotus notes data that I am downloading and it is also in the access db table that I have created.

I have about 200 records in the access db and I need the additional data related to these 200 records from the Lotus notes db via ODBC.

So I can use the ID field as the common link.

Thanks in advance for your help!!
