A quick administrative problem. We have computers that are tossed around from employees to co-ops to variable workforce. I am trying to determine a way to update the computer license so those trying to work on network documents can verify who is using those documents(if read only). I appreciate any assistance!

Best way to learn Power Query?
Read M is for (Data) Monkey book by Ken Puls and Miguel Escobar. It is the complete guide to Power Query.
In Tools > Options, select the General tab and change the User Name to suit.
This is the name that displays when you see the message that "This file is in use by XXX"
