I keep having a runtime error 5 at the part with the Left function, Thank you.

For Each c In Range("E592:E593").<wbr>SpecialCells(<wbr>xlCellTypeVisible)

mth = c.Text
MsgBox mth

If Left(mth, InStr(mth, "/") - 1) = Month(Date) Then c.Offset(0, 21).ClearContents
Next

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Does either of those cells not show a forward slash?

Yes one of the cells don't have a forward slash. So how do I solve this issue?

I also tried changing to the below. But as one of the cells don't have a date value, I also get an error.

For Each c In Range("E592:E593").<wbr>SpecialCells(<wbr>xlCellTypeVisible)

mth = c.Text
MsgBox mth

If month(c) = Month(Date) Then c.Offset(0, 21).ClearContents
Next

Thank you

You need to test for that first:

Code:
For Each c In Range("E592:E593").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible)
Dim lPos as long
mth = c.Text
MsgBox mth
lPos = InStr(mth, "/")
if lPos <> 0 then
If Left(mth, lPos - 1) = Month(Date) Then c.Offset(0, 21).ClearContents
end if
Next
