Left and Right justify in same cell

Hello,
I would like to know how to left justify part of a cell entry to the left and part to the right. If that is not possible, is there a way to add a specific number of spaces at a certain point of the text in a cell so that the part that I want right justified is moved further right?

If I type this into a cell:
This is my text 2:3 1

I want it to look like this:
This is my text 2:3 1

Explanation:
I want the "This is my text 2:3" to be at the left margin
I want the number "1" to be at the right margin.

Steve, that did not show up correctly on the post. I want the number "1" to be all the way to the right of the cell.

right click on you cell and select "Format Cells"
on the alignment tab, change the Horizontal setting to

Distributed (Indent)

Thank you. It almost worked. What it did was put the
This is my text--to the left
2:3 in the center
1 to the right.

I need the "This is my text 2:3" to the left and the "1" to the right.

Could you have

This_is_my_text_2:3 ?

You could then make the underscore colour white
