Hi there
I have to great a database for leave and I was thinking of using the Resources Template.
I need to be able to block out dates for e.g. when people are on leave, how would I do this? So if someone wants to know how many people are available on a specific date it must not include these people.
Thanks

Excel Joke
Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
A very quick method =

Open your Access database
Open your table
Select from the toolbar
Tools
Then
Office Links
Then Analyse it with MS Excel

Use the Data, Filter tools to filter out those abscent.

Once you have achieved what you want this might also help you set-up a query in access. (Think of it as afilter in Excel).
