Hello All
I find myself often coming to MrExcel to find solutions that come easy to some of you, so I figure rather than you doing my job for me I'll teach myself some Visual Basic. I have done a little work with macro's in Excel, recording them then picking them apart, and I've learnt some life-saving stuff from this very website. I picked up a book today called The Complete Idiot's Guide to Visual Basic 6 by Clayton Walnum, which seems pretty good. I am wondering if anyone else has any recommendations for similar books, not necessarily aimed at using VB with Excel, just anything that would help a beginner start to grasp the terms used in VB and the way to construct statements and coding.
Thanks in advance
Matt
