learning excel macro

Hi All,

Can anyone of you suggest me a good book through which I can learn macro by myself? I do not have any VBA skill or programming skills whatsoever. So if anyone can suggest me a book which explains in VBA macro in simple way, I would really appreaciate it.

I'm newbie too in excel and willing to learn macro. But before investing time in it, I'd like to know how helpful would it be in my web designing career, I'd have to do many reporting work too. Is it advisable to learn it? Thanks
