Learn Excel from MrExcel podcast episode 1353: Add XY months.
Oh hey, welcome back to the MrrExcel netcast.
I'm Bill Jelen.
Today's question sent in by Ed.
Ed has an XY chart here and there's a few data points on it but he's added some more data points and he wants to know how to add those.
First of all, which data points are in and which data points are out?
Just click on the chart, look for that blue outline; those are the data points that are in.
Each corner of that outline, tiny square dot.
Grab the lower squared up, drag down and there you go, that data is added to the chart.
Great way to update your existing charts.
Well, hey I want to thank Ed for sending that question in.
I want to thank you for stopping by and I will see you next time for another netcast for MrExcel.
