ive got a list of names in a table each with points attached to them
stuart 10
tom 5
mark 1
i can sort these in the correct order in a report or query
but i would also like to run a query and have the number of there league position appear in a field next to them
position name points
1) stuart 10
2) tom 5
3) mark 1
hope this makes sense
